Initial Meeting: Needs Assessment - The purpose of this meeting is to learn about you, your business and understand your goals, challenges and objectives. We do not have a predetermined solution waiting to be pitched. This is about understanding your business today and how you want it to ultimately be positioned. Only at that point can we collectively determine the right solutions to get you there. If you know you want to outsource, or continue outsourcing, we can specifically discuss your needs, expectations, budget and timeline.
Discuss Cost-Effective Solutions - Next, we will discuss and recommend options for you to consider. Depending upon the preferred solution, the remainder of the process will differ as explained below.

PEO/HRO OutsourcingIf outsourcing is an appropriate solution, here the steps:
Request for Proposal Collected - The service providers will need this in order to provide a quote. This process focuses on matching the right service providers to meet your needs and expectations. The RFP will be sent to select PEOs meeting your criteria and proposals will be returned to HRB-S. We will review the proposals, negotiate and refine pricing and clarify services and products presented. Proposal presentation – We will meet with you to review the outsourcing options, services and pricing. Implementation Oversight – We will be involved in the service implementation process to ensure a smooth transition. Ongoing Business Solutions Advisor – Throughout the year we will stay involved with you and the service provider to verify services are meeting your expectations. We will conduct an account review and have business planning meetings to continue delivering solutions to meet current and future business needs. As your business solutions advisor, our role (and why we hope you choose to do business with us) is to stay involved with your business so we can be responsive to you and continually be a resource for creative, affordable and appropriate solutions. This process and these meetings are at no cost to you. |
HR ConsultingIf consulting solutions are desired, a proposal including a service plan and timeline will be developed and presented to you.
From there, we will work closely to ensure you are satisfied with our progress and the results. |
