A former PEO and HR executive, Lisa has worked for both small and large professional employer organizations and gained an intricate understanding of the PEO industry and business operations as well as the various outsourcing structures, service offerings and providers.  Lisa has spent over 20 years in the HR industry working for businesses of all types; from family-owned businesses to sizable corporations. Her scope of experience and knowledge includes human resources, business and service operations and executive leadership. Her expertise is developing and executing business strategy, building and leading high-performing teams, change management, communication, and organizational design.  This unique experience has given her the ability to identify with business owners, understand their challenges and develop solutions to meet current and future needs.
